Great all around. Igor took lots of time with us and answered all our questions. Their prices were much better than the competition. They called us a weeks earlier than our stated date because they had a cancelation. We had 8 windows, all but one were really large, and they did the whole thing in a day. The end product looks great.

Freindly staff, good product. Unfortanetly, the Big City Windows and Doors install team came 2 hours late to my home, they were held up by another project, is what they told me. Anyways, they decided to stick around 2 hours later to get the job done the same day. They took care to work quietly since my kids had already gone to sleep. Loving the new windows and patio door!
